Helpful Hints:

• Load heavy items in small moving boxes / light bulky items in large moving boxes
• Try not to over pack boxes. Limit the overall weight of a packed box to one that you can lift comfortably and safely without straining.
• Stack books vertically
• If you plan to store books for long periods of time we suggest sprinkling talcum powder between the pages. This will help prevent unwanted musty odors over time.
• Fill empty spaces with Bubble Protection Wrap or Packing Paper.
• Don’t forget packing tape! Be generous when taping your boxes. Double tape the bottom to add strength.
