1. Delivery Availability: Unfortunately, pick-up options are not available. However, we provide efficient delivery service directly to your doorstep.
2. Flexible Delivery Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of receiving your orders 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm*. Whether it’s a weekday or weekend, we’ve got you covered.
3. Free Delivery Offer: For added convenience and savings, we offer FREE delivery on orders over $50 within the City of Ottawa Gatineau Core.

If your order totals less than $50 (before tax) an $15 local delivery fee applies within Ottawa-Gatineau Core. The delivery fee will be automatically calculated at Checkout.

Additional delivery fees may apply for added travel time, mileage and fuel to delivery addresses located in more suburban and rural areas. Delivery fees will be automatically calculated on the checkout page after you have entered your delivery address with postal code.

We offer same day delivery, 7 days a week within Ottawa-Gatineau 8am-10pm (Based on availability) for orders placed before 3PM.

You have the option to select your Preferred Delivery Date and Time on the checkout page. We make every effort to accommodate delivery request within reason. Some factors such as weather, holidays and seasonal volumes may imped same day or next day delivery.

You may also select a future delivery date. This intern will allow us more time to meet your specific delivery date request.

A Movingboxes.ca representative will email you a formal Sales Receipt which will contain your confirmed delivery date and time window.

You will receive an automated email immediately after placing your order containing your order details for your records.

Following this a representative will review your order and delivery date/time requests. You will receive a formal Sales Receipt from Movingboxes.ca confirming your order details, delivery date and time within 30 minutes – 2 hours of placing your order.

No. You can place an order without opening an account. If you chose to open an account it only takes a few clicks on checkout to do so. Opening an account does allow you to access your order history and place future orders by securely saving you account information. No need to reenter your billing and shipping information each time a new order is placed.

No. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card or PayPal via our secure encrypted website or by phone.

Yes. If you would like to pay by invoice please call us at 613-822-6900 to arrange invoicing. Invoicing is not available via our online store. Invoicing must be set up by a Movingboxes.ca sales representative by phone.

Absolutely yes. We only stock brand new, never used, moving boxes and packing supplies. All our boxes are proudly manufactured right here in Ottawa ON using only the highest quality materials.

For your safety and others we do not accept returns of unused boxes or supplies. This allows us to ensure you always receive clean, uncontaminated, never used moving boxes or packing supplies.

However if a product is found to damaged or dysfunctional upon delivery or within 24 hours of delivery please notify us at sales@movingboxes.ca or call 613-822-6900 and we will happily issue a full refund or exchange.
