**Delivery Limitations:

1. Orders received prior to 3pm Eastern Standard Time ship same day (based on availability) excluding weekends & Canadian statuary holidays. (Not applicable Ottawa-Gatineau)

2. Orders received after 3pm EST, on weekends or Canadian statuary holidays ship the following business day (Based on availability. Not applicable Ottawa-Gatineau)

3. Please note preferred delivery date and/or special instructions on checkout. We make every reasonable effort to meet these requests, based on availability.

4. Though we make every effort to accommodate same day delivery within Ottawa Gatineau, same day delivery is not guaranteed and is based availability, volume/demand, peak moving season, weather and/or other limitations out of our control.

5. Delivery outside the Greater Ottawa Gatineau area is not guaranteed next business day. Based on availability, conditions out of our control, acts of nature and delivery location. Packages are shipped via a 3rd party CANPAR courier.

6. Note: peak packing & moving season is March through September, demand is highest during these months.

NSR – No Delivery Signature Required?:

In the event no one is available to accept delivery please select the “NO” option in the “Delivery Signature Required” section on the checkout page.

1. Please note any delivery requests and/or instructions in the “Special Instructions” section.

2. Packages can be left safely at the door (weather permitting), on a covered porch (weather permitting), in a garage, backyard, with a neighbour or building concierge if noted upon ordering or if arrangements are agreed to prior to shipping.

3. If an area is deemed to be in a high traffic, highly visible area or the risk of theft is present orders/packages will NOT be left. Safe delivery of your order/packages are our utmost importance. A Delivery Attempt notice will be left & a second delivery attempt will be made the following business day.

If the ”Delivery Signature Required” option is selected “YES” or left blank a signature will be required for the packages(s) to be received unless otherwise noted.
